Biography
Attorney Hollyce Winters provides a client-centered, goal-oriented focus to her representation of clients for their legal matters. She has 12 years of legal experience, all of which involved working within the legal community of Central Pennsylvania. She is a certified collaborative law attorney, giving clients the option of finding solutions for their family and reaching an agreement settlement without going to court.
Her background and experience provide her with the skills necessary to identify her clients' legal issues and the ability to ensure her clients understand the legal process and options towards resolving their legal matters. Clients are provided with information, support, and recommendations, in addition to professional advice on the best choices they can make to maximize a chance of a successful outcome of their legal matter.
Attorney Winters' ties to Central Pennsylvania run deep. She is a 1991 graduate of State College Area High School and attended Pennsylvania State University, receiving a degree in communications and education before beginning law school at Duquesne University. She ultimately received her J.D. degree from Duquesne University in 2007 when she graduated with high honors, and she has been a practicing attorney since 2008.
We are proud to have Attorney Winters as an associate at Laura Robbins Law. She brings a wealth of legal experience acquired by previously practicing law at another Centre County firm, by serving as the executive director of the Centre County Bar Association, and by serving as the solicitor for the Centre County Office of Aging. She is also the parent to three teenagers, making her uniquely qualified to serve her clients on their family matters.
