Custody/Divorce Classes

Centre County Custody/Divorce Classes

We are now offering custody and divorce classes for those who can't afford to retain an attorney. During this class, Attorney Laura Robbins will walk through, step by step, how an individual can sue for custody or complete a low-asset divorce on behalf of themselves. 5-10 persons will be permitted to attend each class. The cost, per person, is $75.00.

Each member of the class will be entered into my conflict check system so that we ensure no opposing party is also given legal advice by our firm. Generally, the first hour of the class will be dedicated to an overview of the paperwork and the custody or divorce process. During an additional half hour, Attorney Robbins can answer specific questions and give legal advice pertaining to different legal scenarios.

Each person will be required to sign a 'confidentiality waiver' to ensure they understand that our office has no control over whether or not another member of the class divulges personal information they share at the class.

November 29, 2012:

Divorce Class: November 29, 2012 from 11:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

Custody Class: November 29, 2012 from 1:30 P.M. - 3:00 P.M.

Divorce Class: November 29, 2012 from 4:30 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.

Cost is $75 dollars per person for this class.

Class will be held at 315 S. Allen St., Suite 515A, State College.
